Appointment/Telephone Consultation Options
When requesting an appointment or telelphone consulation online, patients are restricted to asking for an
appointment or call on or after a certain date. That date is a minimum number of working days
ahead of the current day and within a maximum number. Enter those numbers of days below.
For example, if you want patients to be able to request appointments five working days in advance but no more than 15 days ahead, enter 5 and 15 below.
When a patient requests an advance appointment or call he or she can leave a short explanation.
